Easiest way to make your wheel tread perfectly round and smooth...use a mandrel to mount your wheel on your drill, gently press it against sandpaper to remove the mold mark and make it perfectly true to the center line.
You can also use the mandrel to polish the inner rim, further reducing track friction.

Took my out of true wheels and made them worse. Better off pinching the inner hub in the Chuck of a drill...

Wheel Mandrel.
This is great for a drill or a dremel. This is a quick way to smooth your tires and shape them. I could not see much preformance differents with them in the Awana Tires. I do like the ease of use.
