Fully Built Pinewood Derby Car - The Arctic Blast

Take the chill down the track! The pure White Arctic Blast is a super fast pre-built pinewood derby car designed to meet all BSA rules. It is pre-weighted, painted, track tested, and supplied with our BSA precision lathed Speed Wheels and BSA polished axles.

Pre-weighted to just under 5.0 oz, so you can add decals or a little tunsten putty to top off the weight

Precision weighted with optimal center of gravity, to maximize inertia so your car is the fastest it can be

Drilled axle slots in pinewood derby wood block, to conform with any rules, while tracking perfectly straight

Painted brilliant white then sealed with a high gloss clear sealer to protect the paint job

Official BSA wheels precision "lightly" lathed for a fast start and optimal speed

Official BSA polished axles, with "extra" polishing to minimize friction making your car super fast

Standard wheel base to comply with any rules

All four wheels touch the track to comply with any rules

Pre-drilled rasied front left wheel hole so you can lift this wheel if your rules allow it.  Raising a wheel is proven to increase car speed

Pre-set pptimal wheel gap spacing to reduce wobble and friction which is another proven way to make your car the fastest it can be

This car is designed to conform to BSA Cub Scout rules (We always recommend that you read your rules!  If you have questions about your race rules, be sure to ask your race manager.)

Important! Add Pinewood Pro graphite to lube your axles to make your car the fastest it can be...spin your wheels and add more!  When it comes to graphite, more is better!
