NyOil II | Pinewood Derby Axle Lubricant for Cleaner Speed

NyOil II is a thin film Pinewood Derby axle lubricant that stays on axles longer than graphite. It’s also less messy to apply!

NyOil is a proven race winner and an excellent replacement for Krytox lube. It comes in a 3 mL bottle with a drip spout and screw-on cap for easy re-use.

How to Lubricate Pinewood Derby Axles with NyOil:

• Only apply 1-2 drops of NyOil on the upper end of the axle shaft where the wheel rides

• With a clean cloth, wipe the oil around the entire axle shaft

• Wipe the excess oil off of the shaft, leaving a thin layer to last through your races

NyOil Pro Tips:

• Do not mix NyOil and graphite. Use one or the other, but never both together.

• NyOil is okay to use with graphite-coated wheels because they are graphite-coated on the outside tread, whereas NyOil applies to your axles.
