Precision lathed treads inside and outside, wheel edge and hubs are trued and squared, lighter weight, mold matched, then treads and hubs are perma-coated with graphite using our patented process. In addition to the perma-coating, these wheels are
precision lathed in 5 dimensions:
- Outside tread is precision lathed and trued without removing the beads
- Inside tread is lathed and trued
- Rim is trued and cut back slightly for perfect balance
- Hub is squared to reduce wobble when wheel touches car body
- Outside diameter of hub is trued for perfect balance
All of the BSA markings remain on the wheel both inside and out.

Rules Notes:
Wheels are visibly thinner and may not be allowed in races that prohibit lathing or removing excessive material.
Graphite-coating on the tread will appear silver. Most rules allow graphite, but if graphite is not allowed, these wheels would not be allowed.
All BSA markings are intact inside and outside of the wheel.
