Fully Built Pinewood Derby Cars Ready to Race
If you are out of time, perhaps have no tools, or have limited skills but still want to race, these fully-built cars are for you.
Don't miss the opportunity to race! It is better to participate than to not show up at all.
Our fully-assembled, BSA-compliant cars are ready to race! And best of all, the pros at Pinewood Pro provide expert-level assembly you can trust.
Below, you'll find a selection of standard cars and PRO cars. What's the difference?
Standard cars are built with the same components: these axles and these wheels.
PRO cars include upgraded wheels, upgraded axles, and a bonus front steering axle.
We strongly suggest adding PRO Graphite to the axles to make your car faster.
PRO Graphite lubricates your axles to reduce friction when the wheel turns. It is an essential speed tip.
Note: if you want to assemble some of the car yourself, browse through our Pre-Cut Blocks and Ready-to-Assemble Car Kits.

- Upgraded BSA grooved and graphite-coated axles
- Upgraded BSA Ultra-Lite wheels with graphite coating
- Right front steering axle is bent at a 1.5º angle. It can be tuned to make the car either run straight or as a rail rider.
- Left front wheel raised to reduce friction further
- Built as a "rail rider," minimizing friction and rail bounce so your car is the fastest.
The PRO Car uses an Official BSA block, wheels, and axles that have been expertly upgraded for top speed.
It is track tested and precision tuned for the highest performance.
Notes on Rules:
- The Ultra-lite wheels have all BSA markings inside and out, but the tread is visibly thinner. If your race rules are strict and do not allow "lathing," you cannot use this car.
- The graphite coating on the wheels make the outside tread SILVER. If your rules allow the use of graphite, then the graphite coating is fine, but if your rules do not allow graphite, you cannot use this car.
